Brooke Gentile

Brooke leads Change Management, Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management and Analytics, and  the DEI agenda for PepsiCo Inc. Beverages North America.  She drives business results by helping teams reduce inefficiencies, supporting transformations to achieve their ROI, and leading a strategic talent agenda that retains employees and prepares them for the future of work.
 
Prior to her career at PepsiCo, Brooke held global, international, and regional OD and HRBP roles at Heineken, Deloitte Consulting, and Colgate Palmolive.  She holds a B.A and M.A. in French from Connecticut College and Boston College respectively.
