Bryony Bouyer is a seasoned executive with demonstrated leadership and revenue-building experience in multi-billion-dollar publicly traded consumer products companies. Her brand-building, licensing and employee inclusion expertise has earned her recognition from various prestigious sources, including Women In Toys (WIT) and the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, where she recently received an Honorary Doctorate. Ms. Bouyer began her marketing career in 1987 at Reebok International and has served in a variety of consumer and employee insight-driven roles over a 38-year period.  This includes consumer products marketing, brand licensing and employee belonging & engagement. Her marketing, creative, operational and people management skills have been pivotal in successfully growing iconic brands. Ms. Bouyer played an integral role in strategically advancing Hasbro’s successful consumer products division via the licensing mechanism. She was instrumental in taking the MY LITTLE PONY brand into more than 70 countries and across all major consumer products and promotional categories. Furthermore, she grew the TRANSFORMERS consumer products portfolio to deliver over $12 billion in retail sales in 2014. Most recently, Ms. Bouyer led Hasbro’s Global Diversity and Engagement efforts with a focus on building an inclusive workforce. She ensured that the company served its global and diverse consumer base effectively. Ms. Bouyer currently serves on the board of the Charlton College of Business at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. She is a Trustee for the Community Colleges of Rhode Island (CCRI) and a Mentor for the SCORE organization. Ms. Bouyer holds a BS in marketing and an Honorary Doctorate degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth; an MBA from Bryant University; and Certificates from Harvard Business school (Women on Boards) and the Tuck School of Business Dartmouth.
