Burke Miller

Burke Miller is Program Director of the Coaching & Leadership Development Council at The Conference Board. Burke is an executive coach, leadership development consultant, and author. Burke has coached and facilitated extensively in the United States and internationally, working with leaders in Latin America, Europe, Australia, China, Russia, India, and Japan.

Burke’s multinational clients include Mars, Owens-Illinois, Kellogg, Proctor and Gamble, Accenture, Nestlé, and Mazda. He works with leaders at the director and VP levels, as well as the CEO and president levels of multi-billion-dollar companies and divisions. Burke helps individual leaders and teams to grow their capabilities to build trust, drive change, and create cultures of high engagement, ownership, and excellence.

Burke's formal education includes an MA from Antioch University and a BA from Williams College. He also has extensive professional training from the internationally acclaimed Co-Active Training Institute, and is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, a comprehensive 360 feedback and coaching process.

Burke is the author of A Sacred Trust: The Four Disciplines of Conscious Leadership, published in 2019, a synthesis and integration of the leadership practices he has taught over the past 25 years.
