Busy Kimball

Busy Kimball serves as associate vice president of human resources operations at Tidelands Health. In this role, Ms. Kimball provides day-to-day leadership for the health system’s human resources responsibilities, including recruiting, staffing, compensation, employee/provider relations and volunteer services. Ms. Kimball, who joined the health system in 2017, has more than 20 years of recruitment and research experience. Prior to joining Tidelands Health, Kimball worked in recruitment roles in health care and clinical research. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of the South Sewanee in Tennessee and her master’s degree from Central Michigan University. Ms. Kimball serves on the board of directors for the SC Healthcare Human Resources Association and the Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on career and technology advisory boards for the school districts in Georgetown and Horry counties and on the South Carolina Department of Commerce’s Waccamaw Region Advisory Board.
