Caitlin McCracken

Caitlin has over 7 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist with experience in a variety of areas including medical leave, benefits, employee relations, HRIS processes and workflows, talent development, worker's compensation, recruitment, employment law, payroll, management training, and onboarding. She received a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional certification and a Succession Planning & Talent Development certification from HCI in addition to obtaining her MBA from Lindenwood University. Caitlin is passionate about partnering with business leaders to improve processes and develop employees.
