Camilla is a global creative strategy, brand, marketing, communications, and employee engagement leader who has delivered high impact results, for more than 20 years. At Fannie Mae, she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s brand and creative strategy, inhouse creative agency, events, and social media.  Under Camilla’s leadership, Fannie Mae has achieved more than 200 creative, campaign and content creation awards in the support of driving business outcomes.  

Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Ms. Sullivan founded Visionista in 2010, a communication, creative, production and content marketing agency to serve the need of F1000 companies. The firm developed an international, award-winning reputation for combining strategy with effective creative outcomes – from brand management and content marketing to culture transformation and high impact internal communications with a specialization on post-merger environments.

Through major client engagements Camilla’s career has impacted some of the world’s leading B2B and B2C companies including: BNP Paribas, JP Morgan Chase, Procter and Gamble, TIAA-CREF, AT&T.

Previously, Camilla was the Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at Alorica and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, and senior marketing leadership roles at BearingPoint (KPMG), EDS(HP) and Toshiba.

In addition to being a recognized creative innovator, Camilla is also an award-winning film and content producer/director. She is inspired by results that matter, achieved through creative yet pragmatic campaigns.

Camilla holds a Masters in Commerce (marketing and strategy) from the University of New South Wales, and a Bachelors in Commerce (marketing and economics) from the University of Newcastle. She has been engaged as a guest lecturer by the Yale School of Management speaking on brand to an executive education class on a regular basis. Additionally, she is a Member of the Producers Guild of America (PGA) and holds a Diploma in Applied Color and Design from the Design School of Sydney.
