Carly is the Director of Mental Health Strategy at Lyra Health, where she consults with key partners and alliances to ensure Lyra offerings best meet the needs of employers and their teams. She came to Lyra after 10 years at Target Corporation, where she was a Senior Benefits leader, heading up the mental health and onsite clinic strategies for Target's 400,000 team members. Carly has 20 years of healthcare and benefits experience.  She earned her B.S. and Master's of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota.
