Carly Winokur is a public health expert and healthcare change maker. At Carrum Health, as the Vice President of Solutions & Strategy, Carly leverages her public health background as Carrum’s go-to expert for stakeholders across sales, payers, providers, and others seeking input Carrum’s COE solution. She has been with Carrum for 7 years, with an in-depth understanding of the organization, employer benefits, and the ever changing American health policy landscape.

Prior to Carrum, she also served as a health analyst for Booz Allen Hamilton’s digital health surveillance services team, Epidemico, overseeing an immunology program at Boston Children’s Hospital, and serving as a health policy analyst at Israel’s Ministry of Health.

She earned her MPH in Health Policy and Management from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health, and completed postgraduate coursework at Harvard's T.H. Chan School of Public Health in public health leadership development. Her B.S. is from the University of Miami.
