Her primary role involves conceptualizing, implementing, and overseeing the deployment of digital employee experience journeys. Prior to her position at BASF, she gained valuable experience in consulting and product development within the field of psychometric online assessments for personnel diagnostics, development, and employee experience. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for the intersection of psychology and IT.
