Carmen Reynolds

Carmen Reynolds is the Senior Director of Leadership & Development for Boeing Learning and Development. She and her global team are responsible for managing Leadership and Executive Development curriculum, Mid-career and Specialty Programs, and the Boeing Global Learning Institute. Carmen joined Boeing from technology manufacturer Honeywell, where she worked for more than 13 years, most recently as vice president of Organizational Development & Learning. Her experience includes enhancing processes and executing large-scale transformation efforts, as well as building the company’s leadership pipeline through more than 100 global learning and development programs. Carmen brings a strong global perspective, having traveled for work to nearly 25 countries and managed teams with members around the world. A graduate of Missouri State University and the University of Phoenix, she holds a Bachelor's degree in public relations/communications and an MBA with a focus in marketing. She earned a post-graduate certification in organization development from the National Training Laboratories Institute and is Lean Manufacturing Green Belt Certified. Carmen is certified in MBTI, the Profilor 360 and Hogan and recently received her Associate Executive Coaching credential.
