Carol serves as the Global Benefits Design Manager for Bechtel Global Corporation.  In her role, Carol leads strategy, design and compliance for the benefit programs for Bechtel employees in each of the countries where Bechtel is doing work.

Carol has over 25 years of employee benefits experience leading benefit teams in manufacturing, transportation, education, and consulting services.  With a background in finance, she applies both an analytical and creative approach to benefits.

She is a graduate of Indiana University School of Business with a degree in Finance.
