Carolyn Naseer is currently the Senior Director of the Organizational Development and Change Management Center of Excellence at RTI International. In her role, she leads a team of organizational development and change management subject matter experts who plan for and implement strategies for large scale, complex change initiatives. She also consults with executives and senior leaders to optimize organizational growth and transformation, support strategic alignment, and enhance organizational effectiveness through science-based, human-centered solutions. Carolyn has vast experience in research, corporate application, leadership, organizational development, change management, and operations. She has worked with start-ups, Fortune 500s, and state-level organizations, and has written peer-reviewed publications and presented at numerous national conferences. Carolyn believes that equity, inclusion, belonging, and compassion are core components of change and transformation, and by creating experiences that are embedded in them, we create a ripple effective of positive outcomes. In her spare time, Carolyn enjoys public speaking, creating networks and connections, and is actively engaged in the nonprofit community.
