Carrie Altieri runs Employee and Executive Communications as part of the Kyndryl Global Corporate Affairs team, engaging about 90,000 tech professionals across more than 60 countries. Previously Carrie led the global People & Culture Communications team for IBM during which she also ran COVID integrated communications and strategy. Prior she led IBM North America’s Brand and Communications team. She has worked in all Communications disciplines, with experience in building internal culture programs, transformation and change management, even building AI chat bots for better employee experiences. At the end of May, Carrie will become Managing Member, Orange Coat, LLC, a boutique Communications and Strategy consulting firm based in New York.
