Caryn joined Providence Health & Services in 2006, part of the larger Providence St. Joseph Health system, with increasing responsibilities over the years. She leads the strategy and administration of multiple ERISA plans covering 130,000 caregivers (employees). Caryn’s responsibilities include identifying and executing benefits strategy, governance/compliance, labor relations, integrating plans of new affiliates and continual review of the benefits to connect our caregivers with programs and resources to support them along their health and well-being journey.
