Catharine Hamrick is a Vice President, Senior Consultant at Segal Benz. She has been an HR communications professional for more than a decade, sharing her expertise with some of our largest clients, including DuPont, Honeywell, Equity-League Benefit Funds, and the Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council.

Catharine has presented at The Conference Board Webinar (Benefits Communication in 2022: Changing Your Strategy to Reach All Your Employees), Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities—HR Conference (The Importance of Gathering Employee Feedback: The Remesh Experience), and the EACUBO Workshop (The Importance of Employee Input on Your Institution’s Total Rewards Offering).

Before Catharine narrowed her focus to benefits communications, she spent more than 15 years in general communications—five years at a nonprofit and 10 years at the American Medical Association, capping her career there as Vice President of Integrated Brand Marketing.
