Cecilia leads the GBS Strategic Change Management and Communications Center of Excellence at Kimberly-Clark (K-C). She brings a wealth of global knowledge and experience from over 15 years in senior roles in human resources, training and change at PepsiCo and Yum Brands, followed by 10 years of independent consulting for large transformation programs. She officially joined K-C in 2020 after partnering with the company since 2016 in the formation of its new Global Business Services organization. Since inception, K-C's GBS has migrated in over 2000 FTEs of work, established a new GBS Center in Poland, optimized and automated hundreds of processes, and developed talent through upskilling. The commitment of top GBS leadership in ensuring effective change management throughout this time has played a key role in GBS’ success, growth and value creation for K-C. K-C is proud to have been recognized as one of the Top 20 Most Admired Shared Services Organizations for 2022 by the Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON), a recognition it has now received for 4 consecutive years. While Cecilia and her team are passionate about their role in equipping GBS leaders and programs to achieve successful and sustainable results, they are also embracing the challenge of applying and adapting their change framework, tools and ways of working to K-C change initiatives not necessarily led by GBS. Most notably, the team is supporting the multi-year business transformation of digital capabilities across K-C. Cecilia and her husband live in Medford, Oregon and are the parents of 4 children and 2 grandchildren.
