Celeste started her career in employee benefits with Costco Wholesale in 2000. She has over 23 years of experience in administering, managing and overseeing the Costco Employee Benefits Program which serves over 350k lives. Her focus is on developing and maintaining a benefits program that is aligned with Costco's long-standing culture of taking care of their employees.  This includes ensuring that employees have the right care, at the right time, at an affordable price. She has a heavy concentration on managing an integration model with all benefit programs so employees have the best possible experience using their services and governing a robust communication strategy so employees are aware of the great benefits available to them.
