Responsibilities

Charna is an Assistant Vice President within our US Health Solutions team of experts. In this national role she is responsible for consulting on employer wellbeing program design and delivery; creating solutions that improve health and productivity; and supporting client strategic discussions related to wellbeing and clinical areas. She serves as a subject matter expert in family building and caregiving.

Experience

Charna consults with middle, large and jumbo market clients in both the private and public sectors on strategies, programs and vendors targeting overall wellbeing, mental health, family building, caregiving and cardiometabolic conditions.

Prior to joining Aon in 2022, Charna served as the wellbeing program manager at Cardinal Health where she was responsible for the design of wellbeing and incentive programs, oversight of the champion program, managed the health promotions team and administered the mindfulness program. She also had responsibility for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), breastmilk shipping services, backup child/elder care, College Coach, onsite flu shots, biometric screenings, health assessment survey and managed the corresponding vendor partnerships.

Charna is also certified to teach Mental Health First Aid.

Education

Charna earned an Accounting and Theatre degree from Wilmington College and an MBA in Finance from Wright State University.
