Mr. Ballard lead all aspects of US Total Rewards & HR Services for Benefits, Compensation (Executive and Broad-Based), Payroll, HRIS and Employee Data Management for approximately 7,500 employees across all 50 states separated into two distinct lines of business.  Prior to his current role, Mr. Ballard successfully lead the implementation of SAP EC Payroll and Workforce Software time and attendance systems for all of North America for UGI.  He has held roles of increasing responsibilities with the HR Technology, Compensation, and Benefits functions.
