She holds a Degree in International Management from FOM in Frankfurt, Germany. Christiane’s main focus is targeted to create business impact, through enhancing strategic workforce planning and skills-management supported HR People solutions and is currently working on establishing a “E2E Skill Ecosystem” for Merck.
