Christina Barcelon is the Head of Global Benefits for Pure Storage, Inc, an IT data storage company headquartered in Mountain View, CA. With her role, Christina is in charge of developing and executing a consistent global benefits strategy. She leads a team responsible for the program management, administration, and communication of Pure’s health and welfare, retirement, and wellness programs. Pure’s vision is to enhance the employee experience and invest in the health and wellbeing of all the 5000+ “Puritans” distributed across 30+ countries around the world.

Christina has 17 years of global benefits experience, first working on the consulting side, supporting multinational clients on their international benefits programs. She then spent the last decade working at various fast growing tech companies, helping with the strategy, plan design, implementation and program management of US, international and global benefit programs. Christina holds a BA in International Relations and Economics, and received a masters degree in International HR Management at the London School of Economics. She lives in the SF Bay Area with her husband, two kids and their silver labrador retriever.
