Senior Director, Global Compensation
Christina Litter is a Sr Director Global Compensation at Mattel. She is responsible for driving global compensation programs to enable business performance and support Mattel’s cultural transformation across 40 countries. Highly driven, and seasoned compensation leader with significant experience in the design and delivery of global compensation programs that attract and retain talent, and drive employee engagement.
Christina is a strategic thought partner and influential advisor with global leadership experience across broad based compensation, sales incentive compensation, executive compensation, global recognition programs and global pay equity. Previously, Christina has held various HR COE roles, but has spent the majority of her career in compensation. She received a bachelor’s degree in International Political Economy from the University of Puget Sound. She has been a member of the Conference Board Compensation Council for two years, and is actively involved in Mattel’s employee resource groups for women and parents.
