Christine Hendrickson is the VP of Strategic Initiatives at Syndio.  She works at the intersection of HR analytics and law, partnering with employers to provide strategic, practical, and cutting edge advice on pay equity and diversity, equity and inclusion metrics.  Prior to joining Syndio late last year, she was a Partner and co-Chair of the Pay Equity Group at Seyfarth Shaw LLP for 10 years and an active thought leader in the pay equity community.
