Chris Bartlett, VP - People and Culture, has over 30 years at UPS. Chris began his career in Ohio as a part-time package handler before moving on to part-time management. In 1997, he began his career in Communications as a specialist. He has worked in small package, for the airline and in the freight industry while holding numerous positions in Communications at the local and corporate levels. He vast HR experience in employee relations, compliance, and in labor relations.
