Christopher Kim joined KKR in 2014 and is the Global Head of Employee Experience, Benefits and Wellness. Mr. Kim is responsible for managing KKR's employee engagement and global benefit programs as well as developing and advancing a consistent global strategy across health & wellness and retirement plans. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Kim was the global head of benefits and wellness at Bloomberg. He also previously worked at Goldman Sachs in various benefits and compensation roles. He holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
