Christopher is the Head of People Experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and is a leader in the fields of organizational design and change management, employee experience, and internal communications. He is passionate about helping people and organizations shift their mindsets and behaviors to achieve their vision and purpose, and he cares deeply about improving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Prior to leading employee experience teams within the Federal Reserve System, including time with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Christopher served in change and transformation roles for Salesforce and Fannie Mae. In these roles, he focused on mergers and acquisitions, complex enterprise initiatives, and people and culture programs. Christopher also spent several years as a management consultant helping both public and private organizations solve their most difficult organization and strategy challenges. Christopher has a master of business administration and a bachelor of science in marketing and psychology from Clarkson University. Additionally, he earned a change management advanced practitioner certification from Georgetown University. He now lives in New York City with his husband, Aaron, and his orange tabby cat, Benjamin.
