Dr. Christynne Helfrich is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Hinge Health. She has been a
practicing clinician since 2010. Christynne is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist and
a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Prior to joining Hinge Health, she
practiced in a variety of outpatient settings, worked with collegiate football teams, as well as
working with members in their own home. Her professional mission is to encourage movement
optimism and inspire hope in ways that help people overcome pain and transform their lives.
