Chuck has 14 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, including previous Bank and Fraud efforts to develop Experience Strategy, facilitation of Strategic Business Transformation for the Property & Casualty Company, and deep Process Excellence work and team leadership. He is a conference speaker on the topics of CX org, strategy, and customer loyalty. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran and has degrees in Computer Science and Graphic Design. Chuck is also an avid ultimate frisbee player and table top gamer. Today Chuck uses design, process management, and agile to deliver top notch experiences for USAA Insurance and coaches others to do the same. He does this because his members deserve it and it is personally fulfilling to him to make it happen!
