Cindy Taibi is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at The New York Times. In her role, she oversees all Enterprise technology including infrastructure, end user services, financial and HR systems, enterprise productivity, and print publishing systems. In her prior roles, she was also responsible for advertising systems, and IT operations at the company’s former regional media businesses. Cindy is a 40+ year veteran at The Times, and has seen decades of cultural change. She was a co-founder of the Women in Technology initiative, and has helped developed numerous programs to address the advancement of diversity within technology. Cindy is the company’s first female CIO.
