Claudio Truzzi serves as Director of Research and Innovation Activities Support Office at ULB University in Brussels, where he is also a member of the institution’s AI steering committee. He is Director of the AI Forum and Senior Fellow for The Conference Board Europe. With over three decades of multi-layered innovation experience, he has excelled as a researcher, entrepreneur, and innovation manager. Presently, Claudio is spearheading AI implementation strategies at senior executive level for FT global 500 corporations.
As an academic, Claudio has co-authored 80+ scientific and professional publications and holds co-inventor status on patents spanning semiconductors, optoelectronics, and photovoltaics. He holds a PhD and MSc in Microelectronics Engineering, as well as an Executive MBA from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. A Registered Technology Transfer Professional, Claudio also serves as a consultant for large companies and for the European Commission, is an invited keynote speaker, and faculty advisor at the Solvay Brussels School.
