  • Clodagh Connolly is the Global Director of Business for Societal Impact (B4SI), leading a global network of companies dedicated to excellence in societal impact. With over 30 years of cross-sector experience, she has a deep understanding and passion for the impact multi-stakeholder partnerships can have in supporting society.
  • Clodagh holds an MBA from Trinity College Dublin and has a proven track record in delivering projects across varied sectors. Her expertise includes strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement. She is particularly passionate about the power of business as a driver of meaningful societal and business impact.
  • Throughout her career, Clodagh has collaborated with multinationals to create and evolve bespoke strategies, flagship programs, and measurement frameworks aimed at positively impacting society. She has held senior advisory roles to the Irish Government on issues related to business and societal impact and represented Ireland in various EU working groups. Her work in developing an infrastructure for volunteering between business and NGO sectors was recognized through the 'Brendan McDonald' MBA scholarship from Trinity College Dublin. Additionally, she was honored with 'The Dunant' award by the International Red Cross in 2018.
  • In her current role at B4SI, Clodagh leads a global team across multiple regions, supporting a network of blue-chip corporates that collectively invest over US$3 billion annually in strategic efforts to address systemic inequality. She is also a Commissioner for the Business Commission on Tackling Inequality (BCTI) hosted by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), where she helps shape global business strategies to combat inequality and drive social impact at scale.
