Cody Adams

Cody is a Benefits Manager at Genentech, Inc. He has been with the company for over 10 years and joined the US Total Rewards team in March 2020. He leads the health improvement strategy and benefit DE&I strategy for the 22,000 US Roche and Genentech employees and their eligible dependents. He brings his employee engagement and corporate wellbeing experience to advocate for a progressive, employee-centric approach to benefits.
