The Conference Board

Cole Williamson is the Program Director for the CEO Council as of January 1, 2025. With nearly three decades at the helm of American Data Network (ADN), a B2B service organization in health care quality and patient safety, Cole has expanded ADN from a regional consortium into a recognized national provider. As President and CEO, he guided ADN’s pioneering establishment of Arkansas’s first certified Patient Safety Organization and strengthened its specialization in data abstraction services, elevating the impact of health care quality and patient safety teams by bridging the gap between clinical data and actionable intelligence.

Cole is a resilient strategist and trusted adviser whose leadership, focused on growth and service excellence, earned him recognition as a finalist for Business Executive of the Year, with ADN honored three times as a finalist for Business of the Year by Arkansas Business Publishing. He has also chaired the Arkansas Institute for Performance Excellence, overseeing the Arkansas Governor’s Quality Award, and served as a Senior Examiner for the award process, which aligns with the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Framework.

Cole holds a master of science from Texas A&M University and executive certificates from MIT and Vanderbilt. He has over 20 years of experience teaching graduate courses in statistics, serving as Faculty Coordinator, and has extensive board service in educational institutions.
