In her role as chief product officer at E4E Relief, Courtney oversees the growth and development of the technological systems that are core to their client and applicant experience. Technology is a powerful tool, and Courtney ensures the systems at E4E Relief provide their clients with the resources and data they need to experience the full potential of employee relief within their organizations.

Courtney is active in the Charlotte community and currently chairs the board of E2D (Ending the Digital Divide) and the Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools Foundation. She is also involved in WE (Women Executives) and SIM (Society for Information Management).
