Courtney Ramey is a seasoned executive with over 20 years’ experience driving growth and operational excellence in tech-enabled organizations. As Chief Operating Officer at E4E Relief, she leverages her expertise at the intersection of business and technology to lead strategic initiatives and enhance operational frameworks that support the company's mission of providing employee financial relief programs.

Known for her strategic vision and ability to navigate complex transformations, Courtney oversees critical business functions while ensuring E4E Relief's processes and platforms deliver exceptional experiences for both clients and applicants.

Before joining E4E Relief, Courtney served as Managing Director of Jabian Consulting's Charlotte office, where she was instrumental in scaling the firm from its early stages to a national consultancy with 150 employees. Her earlier career includes roles as sales leader and IT management consultant with IBM. 

She has been a standout leader from a young age, earning the prestigious Morehead Scholarship at UNC Chapel Hill. Courtney is also deeply committed to her community. She currently chairs the board of E2D (Ending the Digital Divide) and previously served as chair of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools Foundation board of directors. She actively participates in professional organizations including Women Executives (WE), the COO Forum, and the Society for Information Management (SIM), furthering her dedication to leadership and community advancement.

Courtney enjoys many outdoor activities, especially when shared with her two children and her husband.
