Craig DeWald

A graduate of San Francisco State University with his degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Craig’s career has been with American Express, consulting with multiple companies including Microsoft and now Chief Talent Officer with Ford Motor Company. Throughout his career, Craig has been a member of Human Resources organization holding positions as HR Business Partner, Director of Management and Leadership Development, Vice President of Organization Effectiveness and Chief Learning Officer. As a leader in Human Resources, Craig leads large-scale global change initiatives and provides consulting and guidance to senior business leaders across the globe.
