Crystal Barnes

Crystal Barnes is the Wellness Engagement Manager at United Airlines. She is responsible for employees’ experience with available wellness resources, dental and vision programs, expanding offerings based on claims data and more recently with health equity. Prior to working at United, Crystal spent 10 years at a health insurance carriers leading the go to market strategy for wellness and educating members on how to live healthy lives by making lifestyle changes and accessing the company’s resources. Crystal holds a master’s degree in public health from Northern Illinois University where she also attended undergrad.
