Cynthia Tan

Cynthia retired from OCBC Bank after serving 16 years as the Executive Vice President, Head of Group Human Resources. Prior to her career with OCBC, she headed the Human Resource function for the LVMH/Duty Free group in Singapore. She also spent 10 years as the Head of HR for the iconic Apple Computer Singapore, after leaving her lecturing career at the Ngee Polytechnic where she taught HR for 4 years.

Cynthia has an MBA from University of Hull UK, MSc in Gerontology from the University of Southampton and a Doctorate in Business from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is a trained Diversity practitioner from Cornell University and a trained Executive Coach from Columbia University.

She is currently an Independent Director for 2 public listed companies in Singapore and an advisor for SMEs.
