Dan Stumpf recently took over the Rewards function at NerdWallet after 9 years of Compensation experience and 7 years of Recruiting experience in the Biotech, Healthcare and Technology industries. Dan helped NerdWallet and Uber go through the IPO process and recently helped NerdWallet take major steps forward in their Pay Transparency journey. He has a passion for leveraging data to make a positive impact on workplace culture, employees and their dependents. This has special meaning as it relates to fair and equitable pay. His work in this area contributed to setting DEI representation goals and led to NerdWallet being in the inaugural class of companies to achieve Fair Pay Workplace certification. Dan lives in San Francisco with his wife and enjoys film photography, making music with friends, and having a positive impact on the community.
