Danielle is a Principal Analytic Advisor in Artemis Health’s Customer Analytics practice. In her role, Danielle works directly with employers and their advisors to develop, scope, and project manage their analytic reporting requirements. She is highly skilled at helping benefits teams dive into their data, understand the factors that are driving their health plan participants' usage of care, and develop strategies to drive cost-effective utilization and mitigate risk.

Before joining the Artemis team, Danielle spent over 19 years in the healthcare industry; assisting employers, brokers, and consultants to leverage disparate data to drive actionable decisions. Working across all industries she has partnered with client teams and carriers to understand organizational complexities and build information-based strategies through analytic interpretation of health, wellness, and disability data.

Responsibilities

Danielle is an Analytic Advisor Team Lead in Artemis Health’s Customer Success practice. Her primary responsibilities include being the single point of contact for Artemis Health’s employer and consultant clients post-implementation. In addition to working with clients to develop, scope, and project manage their analytic reporting requirements; Danielle manages the fulfillment of day-to-day client needs. This includes facilitating regular meetings, maintaining the open items log, tracking SLA’s/PG, monitoring database refreshes, and escalating issues with relevant Artemis Health colleagues.

Experience

Prior to employment with Artemis Health, Danielle spent over 19 years in the healthcare industry; assisting employers, brokers and consultants in leveraging disparate data to drive actionable decisions. She has extensive experience in account management and technical projects. She has led teams in designing customized integrated solutions, deliverable management, and creating client analytics.

Working across all industries she has partnered with client teams and carriers to understand organizational complexities and build information-based strategies through analytic interpretation of health, wellness and disability data. She first began working in the industry in 2000.

Expertise

Danielle’s current focus includes helping medium to large self-funded clients; in primarily the healthcare, logistics, and information technology industries; understand the factors that are driving their health plan participants' usage of care and to develop strategies to drive cost-effective utilization and mitigate risk.

Danielle holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology completed with a concentration in physical therapy with a pre-medicine discipline.
