Her role develops short and long term strategic plans to drive organizational talent goals forward with careful consideration and application of external benchmarking and internal employee feedback. Her team is responsible for evaluating the current package and its outcomes, consideration of future offers from market trends, launching new programs and vendor partnerships, driving program engagement, holding vendors accountable and ensuring vendor outcomes, and the creation of employee communication and marketing strategies.
