Danielle Gaston

Danielle Gaston, Vice President, HR Communications at Charter Communications, is responsible for the strategic development, design and delivery of communications and internal awareness campaigns to Charter’s more than 96,000 employees and 1,500 HR professionals across the business. Danielle is passionate about developing innovative and engaging experiences that helps employees understand and appreciate how their comprehensive pay and benefits package rewards them for their contributions, supports all aspects of their well-being, and delivers real value at every stage of life. As a member of the HR leadership team, Danielle plays a pivitol role in Charter’s COVID-19 efforts, driving cross-functional alignment on process and protocols, and ensuring the HR Community has the tools and information they need to support employees. Prior to joining Charter in 2017, Danielle spent the early part of her career at PepsiCo, Inc. where she held diverse roles in communications, compensation and benefits, including health and welfare plan administration, executive compensation planning and developing wellness strategies. Danielle holds a B.S. in Psychology from Siena College and is an IABC Gold Quill Award winner.
