Prior to Allstate, Danielle enjoyed a progressive career at Ford Motor Company, where she led successful initiatives in Labor Relations, Culture Transformation, and HR Strategy. In her personal life, she finds joy in reading, traveling, and actively contributing to her community through volunteering.
