Danielle Sligh has served as an advocate for inclusivity for over 20 years. Her purpose for empowering others to embrace their authentic selves and passion for continuous learning is evident throughout her career. In her current position as the Director of Inclusive Diversity & Equity at Allstate, she oversees strategies to drive innovation through inclusion and equity across all levels of the organization. Prior to Allstate, Danielle enjoyed a progressive career at Ford Motor Company, where she led successful initiatives in Labor Relations, Culture Transformation, and HR Strategy. Danielle consistently embodies the core values of authenticity, service, and joyfulness, evident in her approach as both a team member and a leader. In her personal life, she finds joy in reading, traveling, and actively contributing to her community through volunteering. This commitment to service is demonstrated though her membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and in her mentoring role with Hire Heroes, an organization dedicated to supporting Veterans and their spouses in transitioning to civilian careers.
