Strategically designs and implements compensation programs with a market-based pay for performance philosophy that attracts, retains and motivate employees.

Danielle currently leads the team responsible for the design, administration, and support of all global executive and management compensation functions for AT&T including support for the Human Resources Committee of the Board.

Prior to joining Compensation in 2015, Danielle spent 12 years in various accounting and finance roles. As Director, AT&T Investor Relations, she was responsible for investor targeting activities and communicating with institutional share owners. Prior to that she served as Finance Director for the Mobility Sales Operations group.

Throughout her career Danielle has used her experience, skills, and business knowledge to add value right away and drive change through focusing on people. Danielle is dedicated to helping others learn and grow and has been consistently engaged in mentoring for various groups including AT&T Women of Finance and Women of AT&T. She is passionate about giving back to her community, currently serving as Treasurer on the Board of 100 Women of Lake Highlands.

Danielle is a CPA; she received her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Northwood University and Masters in Public Accounting from Georgia State University.

Danielle lives in Dallas with her husband Matt and their two daughters Emma and Courtney. She loves to travel, cook, and spend time with her family.
