Danny Bushore is the Director of US Benefits Strategy and Well-Being for the Walt Disney Company, a leading diversified international family entertainment and media enterprise that includes Disney Parks, Experiences and Products; Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution; and four content groups—Studios, General Entertainment, Sports and International—focused on developing and producing content for direct to consumer, theatrical and linear platforms.

Danny has over 15 years of experience working in Human Resources, with majority of his time spent in the Benefits space.  He has held various roles within benefits management, strategy, and segment support.  He is currently responsible for holistic well-being strategy, communications, DE&I, policies, and data/analytics.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing from Loyola Marymount University and holds the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation.
