David is the Workforce Health Consulting Director for the National Accounts & Federal Employee Health Benefits Program lines of business. In partnership with our valued customers, Kaiser Permanente’s Account Teams, and Clinical partners, he is accountable for the execution of key nationally developed workforce health programs and products to help grow market strategies and support customer initiatives and goals to attract and retain talent.

Prior to his current role, David was the Regional Manager with Kaiser Permanente’s National Accounts team, providing leadership, strategic direction and oversight of the California and Hawaii National Accounts Regional Account Management teams. He has 20+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, focused on team management, client relations and strategic planning. His work experience includes various roles at Kaiser Permanente (Account Management and Underwriting), supporting multiple business lines (National, Strategic, and Labor & Trust). In addition, he has prior consulting experience with Mercer Consulting in their Employee Health and Benefits practice, where his primary responsibilities included client and strategy development, financial analysis/projections, benefit plan marketing/renewals and project management.
