Debbie Duhamell joined Illumina in 2022 as their Head of Benefits for the Americas. She has over 30 years in the benefits space, including leading the benefits function at companies like Fox Entertainment Group and Gap, Inc. She has always been passionate about employee engagement and education and calls it her second favorite part of her role — after taking care of employees and their families.
