Paul is passionate about leading change using Digital Technologies, especially Data and Artificial Intelligence. He currently works with the startup community enabling access to capital and helping them scale to market leadership. He is also a Leadership Coach, motivating talent in the digital economy to create value for Clients value him for bringing new perspectives, catalyzing innovation and delivering results using digital technologies. Over a career spanning nearly three decades he has had the opportunity to shape the Digital transformation journey for some of the most ambitious organizations worldwide. His work helped make ‘Digital Real’ for his clients. A key area of customer impact has been in transforming customer experiences and business processes by infusing AI using the cloud.

He is currently Managing Director with Elevar Equity, a Venture Capital firm focused on delivering impact to underserved and low income communities. Before his transition to the world of venture capital, he last led the Digital Services for ITC Infotech, a ~$400M global technology services company as President. He had the opportunity to transform his organization into a fast growing,passionate digital services challenger, helping clients "Realise Value from Digital".

His past experiences bring a unique blend of innovation, scale, entrepreneurship, maturity in digital leadership experiences at both MNCs and India-headquartered global organizations such as Microsoft, Unilever, Mindtree, Infosys and Sify. As a co-founder of what later became Big Basket, India’s largest e-grocer that has fundamentally changed the grocery landscape in the nation, he has had first hand learnings as an entrepreneur from a short but enriching stint.

He holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India and an Engineering degree in Electronics and Electrical Communications from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, India.
