Dena is the Global Senior Benefits Manager at Dexcom Inc. Since 1999, Dexcom has been developing innovative technology that has transformed how people manage diabetes and track their glucose. Dena oversees Dexcom’s global benefits, wellness, time off and leaves of absence programs.  She has 16 years of experience in HR-Benefits and has been with Dexcom for 8 years seeing the company grow from just 2,000 employees in five countries to over 10,000 employees in more than twenty countries.

Dena has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University. She is an alumni of Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity and received her SHRM-SCP in 2015.

Dena has been married for 10 years and has two kids, Addison (seven) and Jackson (four) as well as two dogs. She loves the outdoors, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
