Director, Benefits Strategy & Planning, at the University of Chicago Medical Center.  I partner with the business leaders to develop and execute new and improved benefit offerings for our employees.  I’ve worked in the benefits/wellness area for over 25 years at several large employer organizations, an international HR consulting firm and an insurance organization.  The University of Chicago Medical Center is an academic medical health with our main campus in Hyde Park on the University of Chicago campus.  We have 811 hospital beds across Chicago and NW Indiana with an operating revenue of $2.9M.  We have over 10,000 employees within our system.  I’m excited about the role employers play in bringing solutions to employees to help make a positive impact with their health and wellbeing.
