Dennis serves as a Leadership Solutions Partner in CCL’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Practice where he focuses on designing and delivering leadership development initiatives for individuals at all leader levels. He has over 20 years of experience in the higher education and nonprofit sectors and is also the chief executive officer of Without Exception (WE), an organization dedicated to helping companies achieve their diversity and inclusion goals. Dennis earned is PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
